This is the Mass Spectrometry Platform sample submission page. The Mass Spectrometry Platform is based out of Dr. Elias' lab in Stanford.

First fill out a form informing the team of the intent and context of your research project. If approved, then submit a form containing technical data regarding your sample preparation and what analysis is required.

Please be advised: in order to continue providing high-quality data, the mass spectrometry platform will invoice collaborators for instrument time in excess of 50 hours. Please review this document for details or email josh.elias@czbiohub.org to discuss further.
