Metahub

A platform for organizing metadata

The framework provided by Metahub enables easy organization and management of metadata from sample submission to data processing. This is achieved by organizing metadata around three objects: samples, experiments, and files.

This simple yet effective organization allows for complex relationships to be established between different entities.
